Hundreds of FREE parking ramp spaces are available at the Civic Center / Library / Museum of Outdoor Arts Building (Shown lower left on above map).
4-hour spaces and unlimited hour spaces are located on the west end of the parking ramp, and on the upper deck just off Hampden by Chuck E. Cheese.
